Who Am I?

My name is Lokesh Kashyap. I was born on January 22, 2002, in Delhi. I’ve been brought up entirely in this city — all my childhood, teenage years, and now early adulthood have been shaped here, until the day life takes me somewhere else.

I consider myself a practical person, guided by reason and focused on self-education and personal growth. I naturally align with the principles of minimalism and simple living, without making it a showy fashion. I value simplicity, and the quiet satisfaction that comes from living with intention and purpose.

I’m more of an indoor person at heart. In my free time, you’ll usually find me playing story-rich video games, juggling with chess pieces, journaling my thoughts, or diving into something philosophical and thought-provoking — someone who enjoys reading. I find joy in deep conversations, peaceful environments, and meaningful connections over small talk.

Education

I did all my schooling in Delhi and passed high school in 2021 from Mayo International School, IP Extension, with the Science stream. To be honest, I was an above-average student — a quiet, sincere kid who was more focused on learning than seeking attention.

With a strong interest in technology and computer science, I decided to pursue that passion seriously. I'm currently a Computer Science undergraduate at BITS Pilani and have been deeply engaged in both academic studies and real-world learning experiences.

Work Life

At present, I work full-time as a Software Engineer at a respected company in Sector 62, Noida. I’ve been part of the software development engineering field for over two years now, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy and take pride in.

My career is in a stable and steadily growing phase, and I’m grateful to be in a space where I get to learn, build, and contribute meaningfully every day. Financially, I earn a comfortable and respectable monthly salary (in the Indian context) — enough to live independently and support my future goals with confidence.
